ABOUT LOU

My Loueyville is neither here nor there. It's a little bit of everywhere and everything.

Lou is the interwebs alter-ego of mild-mannered former school marm, Melissa Chipman.  Chipman has lived in Louisville since 2006 and is a proud, passionate member of the New Orleans Katrina Diaspora.  She started Loueyville.com because she was so desperately sad to leave New Orleans and was looking for some reason-- any reason-- to fall in love with Louisville. So she committed herself to blogging about the best parts of the city, and within a few months she became the self-proclaimed "biggest cheerleader for Louisville."
